Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:
