Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern region and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and improve performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Travel extensively to coach sales teams and support sales activities in the field
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness
- 4-year degree in business or a related field
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
