Rainbo Oil is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our team in the sales of commercial, PCO, and industrial lubricants.

We offer a competitive pay range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 100% employer-paid short-term disability, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, a 401(k) with company match, as well as a company car and cell phone reimbursement.

Your New Role: As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive growth and exceed targets. You will oversee operations across all territories, coach and develop the team to implement innovative sales strategies and optimize the use of our current sales platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Vice President of Wholesale to develop and execute pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year school (university or college) preferred
  • ~5+ years of relevant experience in commercial, PCO, and industrial lubricant sales
  • ~3+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to travel within the region
