Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Rainbo Oil Company is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in a designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and researching competition. As a team member, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to customers and coordinate with our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet personal sales goals and company objectives.

- Communicate with current and potential customers to provide solutions and oversee sales activity in the assigned territory.

- Develop and deliver reports on territory prospects and sales potential using various platforms.

- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and display company core values to represent the company accurately to customers.

- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated on industry and company developments.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the lubricants industry, preferably outside sales focused on heavy duty, commercial, and industrial accounts.

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

- Strong organizational skills and computer use competency, especially with Microsoft Office.

- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
