A reputable organization is seeking a Temporary Multilingual Customer Support Representative to enhance their team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience managing a significant volume of calls, demonstrating a collaborative attitude, and being detail-oriented in processing orders within our CRM system.
Compensation:
$19-$25, based on qualifications
Work Environment:
Fully Onsite
Contract Length:
Temporary position for 3-4 months
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm
Commencement:
Immediate start required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
- Engage with customers through phone and email to process service requests, including starts, stops, changes, exchanges, repairs, and payment transactions.
- Resolve billing or service-related complaints, directing unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Review documentation to confirm that the required services were delivered to the customer.
- Coordinate dispatch as necessary to address incoming service requests and resolve operational issues.
- Utilize the database system to record and update customer account notes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume call center environment is essential.
- Exemplary phone and email communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
