Compensation:
$19-$25, based on qualifications
Work Environment:
Fully Onsite

Contract Length:
Temporary position for 3-4 months

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm

Commencement:
Immediate start required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Engage with customers through phone and email to process service requests, including starts, stops, changes, exchanges, repairs, and payment transactions.
  • Resolve billing or service-related complaints, directing unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Review documentation to confirm that the required services were delivered to the customer.
  • Coordinate dispatch as necessary to address incoming service requests and resolve operational issues.
  • Utilize the database system to record and update customer account notes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume call center environment is essential.
  • Exemplary phone and email communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
