Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team at the Santa Barbara Airport branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and promoting our company's values and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and preferences.
  • Offer optional products and services to meet customer wants and needs.
  • Prepare accurate and complete rental and return documents.
  • Qualify customers using our company's rental requirement guidelines.
  • Provide assistance with directions, maps, and local area information.
  • Review rental parameters with customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Ensure accurate return dates and times on rental agreements.
  • Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Folders with all required information.
  • Answer phones in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
  • Assist customers in resolving service issues and coordinate queue management to minimize wait times.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid unrestricted California driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience required.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
