Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experiences, ensuring a best-in-class, member-centric environment that strengthens relationships and builds retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Engage members with various fitness offerings, including personal training, group exercise classes, and digital classes.
  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to member needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain name relationships with members, serving as a resource for their questions or concerns and connecting them with the right club resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Fitness Managers to provide a seamless member experience.
  • Housekeeping: Assist with housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to follow oral and written directions, work accurately at a fast pace, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and ensure a clean uniform.
