About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing product information, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Schedule appointments with clients to meet their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize CRM tracking system to manage client interactions and appointments
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license
