Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly work from instructions and engineering drawings to fabricate assemblies using hand and power tools as well as processing equipment such as high temperature furnaces, chemicals, and solvents.

Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate assemblies using tools as well as processing equipment.
  • Take direction from a supervisor and/or area lead in meeting department goals and business unit metrics.
  • Work safely and effectively independently.
  • Meet applicable workmanship standards.
  • Meet company and customer procedures and specifications.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Technical school degree or certificate preferred.
  • Experience in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work from written and verbal instructions as well as engineering drawings.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Experience and/or comfort working with processing equipment such as high temperature furnace, chemicals, and solvents.
