VEHICLE TITLE ADMINISTRATION CLERK - JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of the Role

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Title Administration Clerk to support our operations. The successful candidate will possess a background in title processing and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Having a NOTARY PUBLIC CERTIFICATE is highly advantageous. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. While we prefer candidates with prior experience, we are open to providing on-the-job training for those who are eager to learn. A valid driver's license and basic computer proficiency are essential for this role, along with a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute various clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Verify customer account agreements, vehicle files, and title information.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure accurate recording of customer vehicle details.
  • Accurately process finance and lease documentation for vehicle transactions.
  • Handle all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases efficiently.
  • Review all documents for correct title, lien information, and taxes before submission to accounting.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle and finance departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine).
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with manual dexterity.
