We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a leading provider of insurance and reinsurance services, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting vehicle protection products to clients, assisting with transactions, and complying with all relevant regulations. They will also participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of our sales and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell vehicle protection products to clients
  • Assist clients with completing transactions, including finance and lease terms
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards
  • Participate in staff training to enhance sales and finance department efficiency
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction
  • Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous automotive experience is required for this position, with F&I experience preferred
  • Proven track record of selling automotive products to clients
  • Working knowledge of the finance process
  • Ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction
