Unified Business Technologies Inc. is seeking a Logistics Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive technical instruction and support to Military Technicians and Soldiers in the areas of Automotive, Engineering, Power Generation, Refrigeration, and Specialized Equipment maintenance. This role encompasses operator and field-level maintenance sustainment, alongside conducting technical evaluations and overseeing shop operations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in automotive and/or heavy machinery maintenance.
  • Proven experience in developing training strategies, curriculum design, and revisions.
  • Ability to leverage technology to enhance teaching methodologies and educational outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel for Mobile Training Team assignments and facilitate courses at various sites.
  • Familiarity with Army Technical Manuals and relevant Regulations.
  • Capability to foresee and address logistical challenges associated with training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, validate, and implement new training materials as required.
  • Assess and critique design concepts for training systems.
  • Develop lesson plans and conduct assessments.
  • Manage the inventory of educational resources and training apparatus.
  • Comply with military and governmental standards and protocols.
