Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of process efficiency and propose actionable improvements.
  • Manage process change initiatives effectively.
  • Establish process metrics to ensure compliance with anticipated outcomes.
  • Engage in resource acquisition through active participation in ITS planning activities.
  • Oversee the successful execution of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing these tools.
  • Collaborate with and guide process owners and stakeholders in implementing necessary changes.

Essential Functions:
  • Formulate strategies for process enhancement.
  • Assist project management and departmental leadership in crafting comprehensive work plans, detailing scope, milestones, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Gain insights into business units by working closely with leaders to understand their functions and processes.
  • Address business inquiries, including reporting, through data analysis and management.
  • Track and develop requirements, KPIs, and other relevant process metrics.
  • Create value propositions while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate project, maintenance, and release activities within the department or project team.
  • Identify, document, and resolve process-related issues in collaboration with process owners.
  • Regularly generate status reports on workgroup or project team progress and capacity metrics.
  • Research and remain informed about emerging technologies, solutions, and trends, presenting their benefits to stakeholders.
  • Manage Change Management and Release Schedules as necessary.
  • Ensure that appropriate controls, including security requirements, are applied to work efforts for the efficient delivery of robust business solutions.

Qualifications & Characteristics:
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including:
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
  • Effective collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience working with both internal and external auditors.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint).

Preferred:
  • MBA in Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with PJM operations, market dynamics, and planning functions.
