This front-desk role entails:

  • Facilitating office functions in collaboration with site management
  • Precise data management and report creation
  • Planning and coordinating events

Key responsibilities for our administrative coordinators include:

  • Delivering administrative assistance to the plant manager and leadership team
  • Ensuring accurate data management and report creation
  • Overseeing office supplies and procurement
  • Processing financial documents

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:
