This position encompasses office management, data management, report creation, and event organization for our manufacturing sector.
This front-desk role entails:
- Facilitating office functions in collaboration with site management
- Precise data management and report creation
- Planning and coordinating events
Key responsibilities for our administrative coordinators include:
- Delivering administrative assistance to the plant manager and leadership team
- Ensuring accurate data management and report creation
- Overseeing office supplies and procurement
- Processing financial documents
- Supporting the organization of team events
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
