About Precise Builder

Precise Builder is a SAAS product for construction management that has a small paying user base and is on its way to scaling. Our team is responsible for product design, tech support for customers, sales, onboarding, and reports to the larger organization of Integro.

Job Summary

We are seeking an administrative genius to join our leadership team of three at Precise Builder. As an administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks, managing the calendar for the onboarding and sales people, and providing support to clients. You will work closely with our product team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all phone calls and support emails
  • Route communication to the correct place
  • Be knowledgeable about how to use Precise Builder
  • Provide basic support to clients on how to use the software
  • Finding and scheduling sales events and trade shows
  • Manage the calendar for the onboarding and sales people
Requirements
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Good phone communication skills
  • Event planning ability
  • Familiarity with CRM's
  • Understanding of project risks and deadlines
  • Ability to plan and communicate scope of work to leadership teams
