Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Bidwell Hotel and High Horse Restaurant + Bar. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of their accounts.
  • Manage cash transactions, including handling payments and making change.
  • Operate the PBX system, answering and directing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
