Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest requests, providing information and support as needed.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment.
