Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including establishing baseline schedules, tracking project costs, and managing change orders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and self-performing teams, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular communication and updates throughout the project.
  • Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts, including subcontracts and purchase orders, to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards, with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on K-12, college, and university sectors.
  • Experience with DSA oversight and managed projects.
  • Professional degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods.
  • Valid driver's license.
