Job Overview

SC Builders Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including site logistics, pre-construction, and construction.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
