Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at West 10 LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of high-end residential projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and architects to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide follow-up and support to internal teams to track progress, share information, and address any issues.
  • Prepare project documentation and assist with project closeout activities, including gathering necessary warranty and operating materials.
  • Assist in the review and processing of change orders, contracts, and other project-related documentation.
  • Help track project budgets and timelines, reporting updates to the Director of Design and Construction.
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific safety and building regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within high-end residential or commercial construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret design and construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and file management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in tracking project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% for project oversight and team meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Work Environment:

Combination of a remote position, travel to job sites in various states, with occasional meetings at the Redwood City, California office.

The San Francisco Bay Area base pay range for this role is $118,000-$165,000. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process. Pay ranges outside the San Francisco Bay Area are adjusted based on cost of labor in each respective geographical market.
