Sales and Business Development Representative

Randstad, a leading staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. Our company prides itself on providing top-notch employment services and solutions to businesses across various industries.
Salary: $24-$25 per hour
Job Description:
This role is responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin in small to large-sized accounts through telephonic inbound/outbound sales efforts. You will be required to learn sales techniques, report daily or weekly activity to the Inside Sales Team Leader, and participate in key account sales teams to provide ongoing service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads via telemarketing and email
• Effectively transition leads to the sales team
• Follow up on marketing qualified leads and conduct research to set meetings for the sales team
• Participate in calling campaigns to target account/prospects from pre-defined lists
• Meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for calls and emails
• Identify key buying influencers within accounts to determine budget and timeline
• Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads through the sales funnel
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have basic computer skills and be proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Regular training sessions will be provided to ensure success in this role.
