Job Overview

Position Title: Senior Project Manager

This role is open to candidates across the United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager who possesses a high level of energy and a positive attitude. This individual will play a crucial role in connecting various stakeholders and driving our consulting initiatives to successful completion with efficiency and precision. The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of excellence across multiple projects, clients, and teams throughout our regions. The ideal candidate will act as a vital connector and enabler for both our teams and the clients we serve, pushing the limits of what can be achieved while collaborating with other consultants to effectively deliver marketing, strategy, and technology projects for our enterprise clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and scope to meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope and communicate these adjustments to clients in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively mitigate any bottlenecks or roadblocks.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical paths effectively.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
  • Guide, motivate, and oversee project team members, encouraging accountability and proactive engagement in their assigned tasks.
  • Develop and nurture essential business relationships that contribute to project success, both internally and externally.
  • Set and manage expectations for project deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and other necessary materials.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for effective project management.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and compile recommendation reports to identify lessons learned and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with the overarching strategic goals of the organization.
  • Take ownership of project success by empowering others to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a digital marketing or technology environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated willingness to engage hands-on to achieve project objectives.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and multidisciplinary projects effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to navigate complex situations, foresee potential issues, and escalate when necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital marketing, consulting, IT, or software development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is essential.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
