Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide consulting projects from inception to completion, adhering to budgetary, temporal, and scope constraints to align with client objectives.
  • Proactively manage alterations in project scope and communicate these changes promptly to clients.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and effectively mitigate any bottlenecks or obstacles.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
  • Recognize and manage project dependencies and critical timelines.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress.
  • Mentor, inspire, and supervise project team members, encouraging proactive engagement and accountability.
  • Establish and nurture essential business relationships crucial for project success, both internally and externally.
  • Set and consistently manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and other necessary materials.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for effective project management.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and generate recommendation reports to identify lessons learned and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between all projects and the overarching strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Take ownership of project success by enabling team members to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a digital marketing or technology environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated willingness to engage actively in project tasks to ensure completion.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and diverse projects.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly with various team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to navigate complex situations, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing, consulting, IT, or software development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is essential.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an additional asset.
