Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist - PRN in the Post-Acute Care setting is dedicated to delivering essential therapeutic services as prescribed by medical professionals. This role focuses on aiding patients in regaining their abilities and reducing disabilities that may arise from health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs.
- Implement targeted treatment plans aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, hold appropriate State licensure, and have successfully completed a Clinical Fellowship. Previous experience in a Post-Acute rehabilitation environment is essential.
