Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Spieldenner Financial Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mortgage protection industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection needs
- Conducting research to understand client requirements and preferences
- Meeting with clients to present customized solutions and provide expert advice
- Managing administrative tasks such as follow-up with insurance carriers
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- Strong self-discipline and time management skills
- A growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations
This is a remote work opportunity that offers a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be available to work 4-8 hours per week, with potential for more hours as your career progresses. Compensation will vary based on experience and performance, but can range from $500 to $2,000 per month. With dedication and hard work, you can earn up to $10,000 to $20,000 per month.
