Job Title: Senior Mechatronics Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechatronics Service Engineer to provide technical support and installations for our clients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, as well as experience working with complex machinery and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechatronic equipment and systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on mechatronic systems to ensure they are running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in mechatronic systems using various tools and techniques.
  • Replace defective or worn-out components, such as sensors, motors, and controllers.
  • Program and configure mechatronic systems to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Review BOM's, mechanical drawings, and operations manual to complete work and perform customer training.
  • Conduct testing and validation of mechatronic systems to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Document and maintain records of all service and maintenance work performed.
  • Communicate with customers and provide technical support to help them resolve any issues they may have while keeping company goals in line.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mechatronics to continually improve our service offerings.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent in Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mechatronics Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including robotics, automation, and control systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
