About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Advancement Administrator Lead to join our team at the School of Computing & Augmented Intelligence (SCAI) Research Advancement (RA) Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team directly supporting researchers making impactful advances in research globally.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets and budget narratives, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements, and providing guidance to investigators on funding opportunities and eligibility. Additionally, they will be responsible for uploading grant and contract proposals to federal, state, and private funding agencies to verify and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory and financial compliance requirements.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience in a field appropriate to the area/unit of assignment. You will also need strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a complex structured team. Additionally, you will need experience in using organization, time management, and detail-oriented skills, as well as experience in Excel and web-based tools.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
