The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and is subject to change based on market conditions.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day processes and procedures to support ongoing operations of ITAM Asset Management, acting as a subject matter expert to support ongoing Information Technology (IT) Asset Management projects. You will also be responsible for the implementation of continuous process improvements, partnering with asset owners to ensure asset information is kept accurate and up to date throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, you will research and manage the implementation of business requirements and features as requested by business units, maintain and publish asset metrics, create custom reports based on ITAM discovery knowledge and requestor specifications, and provide ITAM Asset Management training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IT Asset management lifecycle processes and tools, with a minimum of five years of recent experience in a similar position. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, and industry certifications such as ITIL V3, IAITAM Certifications (for example, CHAMP, CSAM, or CITAM), PMP, Lean Six Sigma are also preferred. You will also need to have experience with ServiceNow and Discovery technologies, as well as profound project management experience with small and large projects in a cross-functional environment. Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, are also required. Finally, you will need to have excellent verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
