Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Administrative Services team as a Procurement Specialist intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the procurement process, including researching and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track procurement activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Current college students (sophomore, junior, and seniors) majoring in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Pre-law, or English.
  • Career interest in supply chain and/or procurement.
  • Prefer GPA 3.5 or higher.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong initiative, learning agility, and ability to work in the "grey".
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $22.00/hour.
  • A $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes).
