Position Overview

This position is integral to our Legal and Contract Management Business Unit. Our flagship product, focused on Legal Service Delivery, is experiencing rapid growth, prompting an expansion into the Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) sector. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a well-capitalized "startup" within a leading enterprise SaaS organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute product strategy for ServiceNow's CLM offerings, utilizing industry insights and customer feedback.
  • Oversee go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by developing relevant content, addressing inquiries and feedback, and promoting narratives across ServiceNow's GTM network, including sales, partners, and product success teams.
  • Assist Sales in achieving targets through meaningful engagement in sales processes, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Establish thought leadership in the market through participation in conferences, collaboration with analysts, and public relations efforts.
  • Forge key technology partnerships and alliances to support the execution of the product roadmap.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity within Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the CLM domain is essential. Familiarity with Risk and other Legal technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • A strong sense of ownership, capable of managing problems, processes, and outcomes effectively. This may involve influencing others, executing tasks directly, or delegating responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach with a strong urgency to succeed in the market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

For positions in the Bay Area, the base salary ranges from $158,500 to $277,500, in addition to equity (where applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Sales roles typically offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure. Note that the base salary is a guideline, and total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location. We provide health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company matching, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), matching donations, a flexible time-off policy, and family leave programs, subject to eligibility criteria.
