KPMG is currently in search of a Senior Product Management Specialist to join our Strategy Transaction team within the Deal Advisory and Strategy sector.


Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather requirements for developing data, analytics, and AI solutions.

- Evaluate the collected information to identify the core needs of the business; clearly define the issues and suggest data, analytics, and AI solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, the product owner, and the technical team; ensure a shared understanding of the requirements and proposed solutions.

- Manage and communicate business requirements to the product owner and development team; verify that the developed solutions meet these requirements.

- Create initial budgets for proposed solutions while developing and maintaining a long-term product roadmap for each solution.

- Conduct competitive analysis on data, analytics, and AI solutions in the realms of deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy products and services.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of recent experience as a product manager or product owner; familiarity with deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to critically assess complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Proven experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and developing work estimates and budgets, along with a solid understanding of basic IT principles; must have a deep understanding of the business use case, including its challenges and objectives.

- Willingness to travel as necessary.
