Key Responsibilities- Feature Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a balanced backlog of features, ensuring prioritization aligns with the product vision and business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Create and manage the product roadmap, coordinating with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (engineering, technical marketing, product marketing, developer relations, and business development), ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform product features and roadmap.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to release and post-launch support.
- Modern SW Product Management: Deep understanding of modern software product management practices, including agile methodologies, A/B testing, and more.
- Robotics Expertise: Solid understanding and experience in robotics, particularly in perception.
- Experience: Prior experience in robotics, demonstrating a track record of successful product management.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and proficient in using tools such as JIRA for planning & task management.
- Engineering Engagement: Excellent skills in engaging and collaborating with engineering teams to drive product development.
- Technical Education: MS / PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields.
- Non-Technical Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
