About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead our expansion into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space. As a key member of our Legal and Contract Management Business Unit, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation at ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategy for ServiceNow's CLM, leveraging industry expertise and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  • Own GTM Enablement: Create and socialize content, address Q&A and feedback, and enable the GTM ecosystem (sales, partners, product success, etc.) to drive successful product launches.
  • Support Sales: Collaborate with sales teams to hit targets, build high-trust relationships with customers and partners, and drive revenue growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives to drive significant market impact, leveraging conferences, analysts, PR, and other channels.
  • Technology Partnerships: Drive key technology partnerships and alliances to execute the product roadmap and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product Delivery, or similar.
  • Knowledge and experience in the CLM domain is a must-have; knowledge and experience in Risk and other Legal tech domains is highly desirable.
  • Extreme sense of ownership, with the ability to drive problems, processes, and outcomes.
  • Strong bias towards action and a sense of urgency to win in the market.
  • Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
