Job Title: Mobile Crisis Response Team Clinician

Program: Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) - White Plains

Hours Per Week: 35

Reporting Relationship: Clinical Coordinators

Salary: $60,000- $70,000

Job Summary:

The Mobile Crisis Response Team Clinician will provide culturally sensitive direct, clinical triage and assessment services to individuals in crisis. This includes assessment and treatment planning, crisis counseling and intervention, and community consultation and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct, clinical triage and assessment services to individuals in crisis.
  2. Document client interactions in electronic health records.
  3. Identify case management needs of clients and coordinate with other agency staff and community agencies.
  4. Coordinate treatment with other community agencies and services.
  5. Engage daily with members of law enforcement, 9-1-1 services, and other emergency services.
  6. Participate in program development and required training programs.
  7. Follow established agency/program policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain appropriate professional standards.
  9. Operate agency vehicle.

Requirements:

  1. The Licensed Clinician must actively hold one of the following New York State licenses: LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, etc.
  2. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
  3. Computer proficiency, including ability to master electronic health record, is required.
  4. Bilingual, Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred.
  5. Must have a valid Driver's License and a driving record that is satisfactory to our insurance carrier.
  6. Must obtain and maintain Defensive Driver Certification within 30 days of hire.
  7. Must maintain pre-employment clearances by applicable regulatory clearances as required.
  8. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
