ASO Bilingual Clinician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Clinician to join our team as a Clinical Consultant for our Adult Sex Offender (ASO) Program. The successful candidate will provide culturally sensitive direct clinical services to individuals on probation related to a sex offense and their families. The Clinician will be responsible for facilitating weekly groups, coordinating with other agencies, and providing trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sex-offender-specific assessment and treatment planning
  • Facilitate group psychotherapy sessions
  • Document client progress and maintain a permanent record
  • Integrate findings of psychosexual evaluations into treatment
  • Collaborate with probation and polygraph services
  • Prepare status reports and documentation for court
  • Perform crisis intervention as necessary
Requirements:
  • Fluency in conversational and written Spanish
  • New York State LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or Ph.D. Psychologist with sex offender expertise
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to document in an electronic health record
  • Malpractice insurance coverage
