Mobile Crisis Response Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to individuals in crisis, working closely with law enforcement and other emergency services to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide culturally sensitive direct clinical triage and assessment services, including assessment and treatment planning, crisis counseling and intervention, and community consultation and education.
- Document client interactions in electronic health records to maintain a permanent record of client activity.
- Identify case management needs of clients and coordinate with other agency staff and community agencies to meet these needs.
- Coordinate treatment with other community agencies and services, particularly around social determinants of health to meet immediate needs of individuals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community providers, resources, and programs to assist with connection, communication, and continuation of services for clients.
- A valid New York State license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Computer proficiency, including ability to master electronic health records.
- Reliability and ability to work independently, with a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish, is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Defensive Driver Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Pre-employment clearances as required by applicable regulatory clearances.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Exempt, full-time position with a salary range of $60,000-$70,000, based on departmental budget, qualifications, experience, education, and licenses.
- Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options.
- Paid time off, including 25 days of PTO, 12 sick days, and 11 company-paid holidays per year.
- Medical, dental, and vision plans for staff working 30+ hours.
- 403B plan with discretionary employer contributions after 1 year.
