Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to join our team at Four Points Columbus-Polaris. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

Salary Range$90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • LEAD THE SALES TEAM TO ACHIEVE SALES AND REVENUE GOALS
  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
  • MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS TO MANAGEMENT
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOP ACTION PLANS TO ADDRESS THEM
  • ASSIST WITH THE CREATION OF ANNUAL SALES AND MARKETING PLANS TO ALIGN WITH HOTEL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Requirements
  • EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES IN SALES OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES
  • KNOWLEDGE OF HOTEL OPERATIONS, BRAND STRATEGIES AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT TOOLS
