Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Managing Director to join our team at PayItgov. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, relationship building, and solution selling.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories. This includes establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, IT leaders, and procurement officers within state and local agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Solution selling: understand client needs and challenges, and deliver compelling SaaS solutions that align with their objectives
  • Pipeline management: manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to close
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, territory planning, prospecting, and pipeline building. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
