Job Title: Sales Leader for Mid-Market Growth

About Hobson Associates: We've been retained to locate a sales executive for a growing SAAS market leader in the supply chain, optimization, and analytics space. Our client has doubled in size over the last two years from $20M to over $40M ARR.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of SAAS experience preferably focused in the mid-market environment. They should possess great value-based sales skills with a passion for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals worth $50k to $200k ARR.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on the mid-market segment which is the $500M and below marketplace.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of SAAS sales experience, preferably in the mid-market environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
