Hobson Associates has been retained to locate a seasoned sales professional for a rapidly expanding SAAS Market leader in the Supply Chain, optimization, and analytics space.

About Our Client

Our client has grown to become the leader in their space with a strong foundation to enable large growth organically and through acquisition over the next five years. They have doubled in size in the last two years from $20M to over $40M ARR and boast huge Tier 1 customers including 7-11, UPS, Avis, and BP.

The company is a market leader with 50 of the top 100 companies in their space as clients and boasts a world-class leadership team that is looking to mentor and grow talent at all levels.

Job Description

We are seeking a salesperson to focus on the mid-market segment which is the $500M and below marketplace. This role involves complex SaaS/Software sales where mid-market deals range from $50k to $200k ARR. Experience in SaaS Supply Chain, analytics, EHS/ESG, Compliance, field service, or operational software is highly desirable.

This is a net new role due to the growth of the company and we are looking for someone with great value-based sales skills who has a passion for prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing. Ideal candidates would have 2 – 6 years of SAAS experience preferably focused in the mid-market environment but are open to more senior talent. The successful candidate will be based in East or Central US, working remotely.
