Sales and Growth Manager

The Commercial Roofing Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the commercial roofing industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Base salary plus commission.
