BZO Wheels is a leading tire and wheel warehouse with multiple locations across the United States, including Texas and New Mexico. We import high-quality tires from China and offer a diverse range of both Asian and American brands.

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary and commission structure that is negotiable based on experience. In addition to our attractive compensation package, we also provide 6 days of paid vacation and sick leave after one year. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

**Job Description:**

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selling wheels and tires to prospective customers using solid arguments and demonstrating value to meet their needs.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure repeat sales and referrals.
  • Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of sales targets and quotas.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through networking and building long-term partnerships.
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers using persuasive arguments and addressing their pain points.
  • Conducting needs analysis and providing solutions to meet the requirements of existing/potential customers.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Generating leads through cold calling and identifying potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and drive results.
  • Analyzing the market's potential and tracking sales and status reports to inform business decisions.
  • Providing regular updates to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative with a track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
  • Familiarity with business relationship management (BRM) principles and ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create tailored presentations to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
