About the Role

K2 Staffing is seeking a Business Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Build strong relationships with senior management at target firms

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Benefits include flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, work from home, bonus pay, commission pay, and cell phone reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a lead generation and successful proven track record in BPO sales is a plus
  • Degree in marketing, promotion, advertising sales, or business administration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
