Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Manager with at least 6 years of experience in EdTech sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the education market.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales efforts within assigned territories, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school districts, educational institutions, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful adoption of our EdTech solutions.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 + double OTE (On-Target Earnings). Additionally, we offer competitive benefits packages and career development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on educational technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong network of contacts within the education sector, including school administrators, teachers, and educational leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the EdTech industry.
