Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and expansion within our construction safety client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing outside sales representatives, developing product lines, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the inside sales team on orders and projects.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and guide outside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Line Growth: Develop and cultivate product lines within the scope of focus and territory, ensuring growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring excellent communication, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B sales, with experience managing sales teams and leading them to hit sales targets.
  • Education: Preferably degree educated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skills: Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly growing environment.
