Sales Growth Manager

Are you passionate about the airline industry and food & beverages?
We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Enhance Recruiting in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, or Chicago area.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with airline customers and manufacturing partners to drive sales and grow business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and value-driven solutions.
- Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales plans to effectively achieve revenue goals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and knowledge of the food and beverages industry.
