About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent and Culture Professional to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full cycle recruitment process within the Talent & Culture department, ensuring that company policies are followed and that the highest level of service is provided to colleagues and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post vacancies according to company policy and in various locations online and on job boards in the community to increase candidate flow.
  • Engage with candidates through the candidate workflow, including reviewing applicants, sourcing active and passive candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screening, and providing interview details and instructions.
  • Facilitate New Heartist Onboarding by processing and tracking new hires, communicating with department heads and managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Assist with the facilitation and execution of in-person and virtual Hiring Events and create marketing materials for available opportunities.
  • Highlight employee recognition through internal channels and social media platforms to showcase employee experience and create engaging campaigns to attract future talent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a hospitality environment.
  • The ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels.
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills welcome.
