About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of Zara USA, Inc. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, building, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates using various resources and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to meet the needs of the business
  • Align goals and objectives with company vision and values
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of market competition and resources, including workforce development, schools, and universities
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or recruitment
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
  • Proficient level of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
  • Team player and ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and problem-solving attitude

Annual Compensation Range

$59,000 - $95,000
