We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Emergency Services Clinical Lead to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the emergency services team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the emergency services team.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the efficient operation of the emergency department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- 4+ years of experience in emergency veterinary medicine, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current licensure in veterinary technology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine and related procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with electronic medical records and other software systems.
