Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to ensure a collaborative and compassionate work environment.
  • Motivate and support the growth and development of colleagues, support staff, and veterinary students.
  • Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Provide clear and complete communication to clients and support staff, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
